Since 1989, Inter-Faith Food Shuttle (IFFS) has served children, adults, families and the elderly through proactive programs; moving beyond emergency food provision to sustainable, local solutions to food hardships. From farm to fork, IFFS teaches, grows, prepares, cooks & delivers healthy, nutritious food to people experiencing food hardship.
YES! empowers youth, in partnership with adults, to create community change. YES! equips high school aged youth and their adult allies with the tools necessary to take a stand. Our advocacy work is centered on strategies that empower youth to address critical issues facing their communities: teen tobacco use, childhood obesity, substance abuse and access to healthcare.
The goal of NC 4-H is to assist youth and adults in becoming competent, coping and contributing members of a global society, developing life skills through planned learn-by-doing experiences.
